When you place your order with us you will automatically receive an order acknowledgement/confirmation email from us with your order number.
If you didn’t receive our confirmation email:
1. Please check your spam folder for the email address that you gave us. It’s more than likely to be there if you typed the correct email address. Adjust your settings if necessary to allow further emails from us.
2. If you still can’t see our email and are concerned please use our contact form to let us know and make sure we have a telephone number to contact you.
Mainland UK Standard Delivery From £4.95
Although it may be sooner, please allow 2-5 working days. Standard delivery is mostly by Royal Mail Tracked services.
Express Delivery Mainland UK*
(Please allow 1-2 working days) is available for the UK for parcels under 2kg, From £7.95.
*EXPRESS DELIVERIES MAY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT
Please note that there may be certain products that are custom made to order and shipping times are quoted from when these products are ready (usually within a couple of days), sometimes ‘personalised’ items may take just a little longer too because they are produced as a bespoke item especially for you. If we believe this is going to take more than a few days for any reason we will notify you.
If you have a special date that you would like the item by please let us know and we will do our very best to meet it!

We’re currently accepting all major credit cards via our secure Stripe and PayPal gateways. Also on the correct device you can pay with Apple Pay or Google Chrome via Stripe.
Creating an account will allow you to easily refer back to your order history and enjoy a much quicker checkout when you shop with us.
You will also be able to save multiple addresses to select from every time you buy, rather than typing the address in. Additionally, you can save the content of your shopping bag, in case you ever have to sign off before finishing your shopping.
We have the utmost respect for the privacy of our online customers and recognise the importance of security. Any information you provide us with will be securely stored and managed appropriately. We do not see or store any card/payment information as this is handled by the secure payment gateways.
Please don’t worry, we regularly dispatch orders in multiple packages as we send items from different locations. You’ll only be charged once for the postage (if applicable), of course!
IMPORTANT: If for some reason you wish to return an item to us you must get in contact with us beforehand please.
We will then let you know the correct returns address.
You have 28 days from receipt of your purchases in which to return any items purchased at full price. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. This has to be done in writing.
Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification (including personalised products and bespoke items made to your specification), or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession. Please contact our customer services for help.
