What are the delivery charges for orders?

UK Standard Delivery From £3.95 (Please allow 5-7 working days)

Express Delivery UK*
(Please allow 2-3 working days) is available for the UK for parcels under 2kg, From £7.90.
*EXPRESS DELIVERIES MAY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT

Please note that there may be certain products that are custom made to order and shipping times are quoted from when these products are ready (usually within a couple of days), sometimes ‘personalised’ items may take just a little longer too because they are produced as a bespoke item especially for you. If we believe this is going to take more than a few days for any reason we will notify you.
If you have a special date that you would like the item by please let us know and we will do our very best to meet it!

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our site is secured with SSL encryption to ensure you can shop safely and securely. We now meet the high standards required by the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and have updated our privacy policy to reflect that. We also strive to simplify language and remove jargon, to make our privacy statement easier to read and understand.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We’re currently accepting all major credit cards via our secure Stripe and PayPal gateways.

Why set up an account? Will my personal information be safe?

Creating an account will allow you to enjoy a much quicker checkout when you buy with us. You will also be able to save multiple addresses to select from every time you buy, rather than typing the address in. Additionally, you can save the content of your shopping bag, in case you ever have to sign off before finishing your shopping.
We have the utmost respect for the privacy of our online customers and recognise the importance of security. Any information you provide us with will be securely stored and managed appropriately.

I've only received part of my order what's happened to the rest of it?

Please don’t worry, we regularly dispatch orders in multiple packages as we send items from different locations. You’ll only be charged once for the postage (if applicable), of course!

How do I return an item?

IMPORTANT: If for some reason you wish to return an item to us you must get in contact with us beforehand please.
We will then let you know the correct return address.

You have 28 days from receipt of your purchases in which to return any items purchased at full price. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. This has to be done in writing.
