Very happy with my purchase, quick response and just what I wanted. Will buy from them again.
Easy transaction to order the product and delivered with great efficiency.
Thankyou
Highly recommended, excellent customer service, they went out of their way to help me spring a surprise, superb quality item, quick dispatch and delivery with tracking. All in all I can’t praise them enough and would definitely buy from them again.
I ordered 3 Sneeboer tools from the website. Some of these tools were hard to find online and Creeper and Knotweed had the full range from Sneeboer, including some quite unusual tools which are unavailable in the UK from other suppliers. Delivery was estimated at 2-3 working days, but they arrived just 2 days after my order which was sent quite late in the afternoon. All arrived in perfect condition and carefully packaged. An excellent service and I will certainly use Creeper and Knotweed again.
A great website which is ready to use and order from. Delivery was very fast and well wrapped, thank you.
Super fast delivery well packaged fantastic quality trowel, really pleased with purchase and service with many thanks *****
It was a pleasure dealing with Creeper & Knotweed. The ordering process was simple. The item arrived a couple of days later. The trowel is made of quality material & I’m sure will last me a lifetime. I would highly recommend C&W.
The products were well packaged and were quick to arrive. I was kept up to date with Royal Mail tracked delivery details, everything was good.
As always, the customer service and support at Creeper & Knotweed is second to none and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
The second time I have bought this bag. I bought the green one for myself a few months ago and use it for all my household tools. It is absolutely magnificent.
So good, in fact, that it was an extremely easy decision to buy the blue one for my friend’s birthday. He immediately loved it.
Japanese canvas bags and stitching quality are unmatched.
Was looking for a new compost scoop and this fit the bill. Good quality and liked the serrated edges for opening of compost bags.
Well made and an absolutely great present. String will last some time
Quality product which will get plenty of use. Good service and delivered quickly
Superb product
Excellent delivery with personal service
If it’s good enough for Monty Don, it’s good enough for me!
I bought another of these fantastic saws in France after my son managed to snap a blade. (dont put excessive force on a bent blade!!)
Seeing how easy it was to replace the blade I have ordered 2 to have two saws again and a spare blade.
Awesome pieces of kit as cut through VERY thick branches. Says 10cm but I have used for much thicker.
I have over a dozen of this type of saw and these are by far the best.
The small no 12 is also fantastic for small spaces.
Excellent quality, beautifully made, bought as a birthday present and the recipient was over the moon.
This has not been used yet but I purchased it due to the obvious quality and the fact that it is a single piece of metal having has so many “quality” trowels break at the weld in the past.
LOVE this apron – gorgeous colour, quality fabric and perfect for gardening
Fantastic quality trowel great design and well made, bought as a birthday gift, they love it
Seriously cool garden tool and my new favourite.
Well made and good value.
Well made and easy to use.
Sturdy tool, the handle is a perfect grip, will recommend to my gardening friends. Delighted with my purchases.
